SERVICES: Involvement Review
NEMHDU can work with both your organisation and your stakeholders to give an independent review of your service user and carer involvement systems. Using theoretical models as a basis for the review, we will take a qualitative approach interviewing key individuals from across your organisation to gain an understanding of their approach to involvement and also to identify any infrastructure or processes for involvement and engagement. At the same time we will engage with a range of service user groups across your locality to seek their views and input to the review.
This enables us to provide real-time, real-life feedback regarding the understanding and commitment to involvement from staff across your organisation, alongside the perceptions of your stakeholders, whilst making recommendations for future improvement.
We can provide one off advice and or a full system review with an independent report and recommendations for improvement. If you would like to talk to us about development of a bespoke approach for your organisation please contact us using the button below.
